Governance Excellence Assessments
We have been members of international assessment teams evaluating government educational entities. The work included reviews of strategy, finance, marketing, communications, operations, academics and student services.
Accreditation System Development
We have developed the accreditation system for engineering technology and technician programs at community colleges, along with the auditing and auditor training systems. The systems included all documents and processes for accreditation.
Program Development
We have completed program development at the middle school, high school, post-secondary, vocational and adult education levels. This included accompanying training programs for administration and faculty.
Education Franchise/Organization Evaluations
We have assessed multiple education franchises/organizations for academic, operational, leadership, structural and business alignment, effectiveness and efficiency.
Accreditation Audits
We have completed numerous accreditation audits of educational organizations measuring their capabilities in marketing, sales, facilities, human resources, operations and academics compared to standards in selected international accreditation systems.
Program/Course Reviews
We have conducted full program/course reviews to prepare the organizations for accreditation, to evaluate program/course efficacy, and to satisfy funder requirements. We reviewed marketing, sales, facilities, human resources, operations and academics.
Curriculum Reviews
We completed multiple detailed curriculum reviews for internal alignment of objectives, content, methodology, textbooks, technologies, resources and assessments, and for external alignment to international benchmarks.
Training and Professional Development
We have developed and delivered training and professional development courses for both academic and corporate clients, through a variety of delivery modalities (in-person, online, blended).

We have investigated a range of educational technology solutions for specific education program and organizational process use-cases.
